What we collect, and why.
This notice covers the press-room request forms, the only place this site collects personal data.

- What we collect
- The details you enter in a request form: your email address and, if provided, your outlet and deadline. This site uses no accounts, profiles or tracking cookies.
- Why
- To respond to your request. The legal basis is the request itself: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.
- Marketing
- A request does not add you to any press list or newsletter; the press room operates neither.
- Who processes it
- Resend, for email delivery, as a processor under contract. Your address is not sold or shared with anyone else.
- How long
- Requests are kept for up to 12 months in the mailbox they arrive in, so that a conversation can be continued.
- Your rights
- Access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Write to the contact above to exercise them.
- Complaints
- You may complain to the Icelandic Data Protection Authority (Persónuvernd, personuvernd.is), or to the supervisory authority where you live.
Downloading files
Documents, images and logos download directly, without a form. No personal data is collected when a file is downloaded.
