Harmonix is creating a continuous hearing ecosystem designed for how people live today: seamlessly blending hearing enhancement, audio, and vision into products people actually want to wear and use every day.
Our platform brings together smart audio glasses, OTC hearing solutions, AI-powered translation, and speech-enhancing audio: making better hearing simple, accessible, and part of daily life.
Founded in 2025 and headquartered in Iceland, Harmonix operates internationally, with offices in the United States and UK.
The range splits into two categories and the difference is regulatory, not marketing. Hearing enhancements — the SonaVue glasses — are consumer electronics for people with good hearing. Elevate is the only hearing aid: a regulated medical device, FDA-cleared and CE Class IIa certified.
“The next phase of smart eyewear growth will come from products that consumers can afford, trust and comfortably wear all day.”
Open-ear speakers keep the wearer aware of the room instead of sealing them off, and there is no camera. One platform, three frames, three lens types across each, and prices from €129–249.
“We believe that privacy is core to our brand… it is important to Harmonix that people’s lives are not recorded without consent.” There is no camera and no display; the microphones work when a feature is activated, not before.

A self-fitting hearing aid built into a true-wireless earbud rather than a behind-the-ear device. A guided in-app check tunes it to the wearer, with no clinic appointment, and it works as an ordinary Bluetooth headset for music and calls. From €349.
It is not a substitute for professional care — a more wearable route into it. Elevate is designed to support verification by an audiologist using Real Ear Measurement, so a self-fitted device can still be checked and refined professionally.
